Profile adjusting

Would anyone know what to change on the profile settings as far as if we should be trying a whole new profile or just something with the heat settings. This is the briteline heat transfer material and its a little hard to see in pictures but the print is just a little blurry and not as sharp as we definitely would like. We are using Flexi rip and have been using the generic HP gloss profile and just changing it to 10 pass has been the best we have found so far.

We used the Chemica Easyprint 1702 profile (12p) HP profile downloaded to our 560. Set temp at 195. Had to cut out a bit of magenta in Flexi as I recall.
