Profile Changed? Colors are different. Epson GS6000

Hi, we've been running prints for our one client consistently on adhesive vinyl using a BioFlex banner profile (this has given us the best PMS color matches). Last week, everything was fine, nothing happened that I'm aware of, but this week the colors are totally off when using the same file type, the same profile, same material, everything. I've even tried adjusting the color in the file and we are not able to adjust the color.
We tried restoring the profile and no change.
Anyone have any tips?
We are running Colorburst 9.4.6 on a GS6000.
