We just switched brands of vinyl to Arlon 4500GLX. I am trying to find a good profile to print using Versaworks 5 on our VP540i. I found one that works and looks good without banding but it seems to saturate the vinyl so that if I need a print cut without laminate the edges curl. Also, if I don't let larger prints without laminate sit overnight those edges curl also. Current profile is PVC2 Premium cast on highest quality. This is a setting my boss came up with and I don't really have much room to eperiment as I got called out for using too much material recently. Any input would be much appreciated.
