Profiles/printer isn't working

I've converted my cj-400 to solvent and I'm fairly new to this but I've tried every profile on the versaworks and none of them work well with glossy or matte cast vinyl. They either print with streaks in the print or the colors instead of being a solid line merge together things like that. I might not be turning my temperature to the right place but I have it at 130 front and rear for cast vinyl. I need some expert to help me out so I can actually print some stuff with this printer so it isn't a huge piece of metal that's taking up space. I'm wanting to start up my business and do a lot of things with this printer but I can't get it to print like I want it to. is there any suggestions that you guys might have? I'm getting very frustrated with it.

Are you sure you can run this printer from VersaWorks. As far as i know you should use ColorChoice for the RIP.

yeah sorry that's what I meant is I'm running the printer from colorchoice I was looking at the versaworks software online and I got distracted when I wrote this sorry for the mistake.

How does your test print look? What inks have you converted to? There is a fill pattern in the menu that will print a bar of each color, how does it print?

I'll upload a picture of the test print and the bar print with this reply. I've converted my printer to use eco sol max ink and they are roland ink not a 3rd party ink.
