Need Help Profiles & Usable Settings for XPJ-1641 Banner Print Jobs

- The title says it all.
I am having difficulty finding any usable banner profiles for the Mutoh XPJ-1641.
I have some Avery and Ultrajet profiles but either one yields terrible banding on black.

I'd also be very grateful for any setup tips for banner material on this machine.

.. Note that diagonal black in the pic is part of the design, not a printer prob.

Hey,
Did you perform the print adjustment and PF adjustment?
What temp and resolution are you using?
