Progressive Banding

[LMC]

I am printing on IJ180 on a Roland XJ-740. The prints start out fine (first photo) and after a 5' run there is bad banding (second photo). I have the file set up with 4 rows of 14" decals and the banding starts before the end of the first row and gets worse as the print goes. I double checked my feed calibration, though that doesn't make since as the print starts out fine. I also have 2 static cords on the back of the machine. Any other suggestions on what the problem might be?
