Question Proper Head Voltage Range on Mimaki UCJV300-160?

I'm having issues on large prints with big areas of clear ink being used.

The front of the prints coming out of the machine have a silky smooth gloss layer on top of them, which degrades into major banding. I've read that since it degrades mid-print, that it could be an issue with head voltages.

My current settings are:

H1-A | V = 19.9
H1-B | V = 19.6
H1-C | V = 19.7 (Offset = 0.5)
H1-D | V = 20.0 (Offset = 1.0)
H2-A | V = 20.2 (Offset = -0.5)
H2-B | V = 20.0
H2-C | V = 19.6 (Offset = 0.5)
H2-D | V = 19.6 (Offset = 1.0)

Bumping - this is with no head strikes btw. Anybody run into something like this or have any idea on how to get a more consistent clear layer?

Man who touches printers inappropriately.
Make sure to do a voltage calibration when adjusting the voltages, can't really guess on them or use parameters from other machines. With things degrading over the span of the print, I am thinking it might be something more mechanical. Air in head, ink starvation, head bleeding, etc. Check your wipers, run a had wash, all the usual culprits.
