Protruding sign frame holder

Does anyone know where I can buy sign frames or some kind of a bracket to hold a 4"x12" interior sign, one that protrudes.

The customer didn't supply a picture, I know what I need, I just don't know what there called. I have some from Grimco but its for outdoors and to bulky for what I need them for.

It's the bracket you would see on a sign for phone in a restaurant or airport.
