.PSD to .AI image different help please

Left is after bring .PSD to illustrator
Right is .PSD in photoshop

all my artwork work with photoshop but all people tell me to use .AI for printing with Rasterlink mimaki , then I need to bring .PSD to .AI for printing.

but i see many thing broken same the photo above.

please help

it print normal ,
but I just want to know why it happen , because I serious if it make the resolution drop.

and do you have any suggest me for print with mimaki jv33 rasterlink ?
I use photoshop almost 100% for my work , but when I printing on jv33 the color very weird , so I must drag and drop to illustrator before print everytime.
