pucks caps and spacers

I have to get a replacement part for a puck cap insert. I have no idea what kind or where these are from. My customer doesn't know where they got them from either. Any ideas?

I cannot identify the specific brand. You may have to replace all three. Mustang or Pizazz mono mounts. Any sign supply store will carry these.
