putting down under base and white ink

i am using flexi i have the put down under base under image did not work. made a separate layer for under base did not work made a 3rd layer for white ink and under base did not work.
yes i have the layers in flexie i put them in EPS put in rolland versa works it did recognize the under base tried again with under base and white did not recognize it. yes i am using rollad tool bar ink selection. can any buddy help.
