PVC edge

Howdy all,

Anyone have any luck smoothing out the edges of cut PVC, to reduce and/or eliminate the porous finish? I've read about using MEK (per the Sintra manual), and tried it, but didn't make one bit of difference.

I'm not going to assume that all PVC sheets act alike, but this is the case with several brands of PVC I've tried here (Sintra, Komacel)

For routed PVC letters and signs, I just heat it up and it smooths it out. TORCH IT!
