question about hockey helmet decals!

i have to do some decals for a couple of hockey teams for their helmets im thinking i should laminate these what do u think ,im using a roland sp300v and oracal 3651

shane, use convex helmet material and a real good thick lam as the helmets take a hell of a beating!! if you have not used convex before take a look at there website.

We use 3951 and 290 or 293 lam with good results. I've had one on my helmet for a few years and it still looks good.

Do people ever wrap the helmet and then clear coat with paint/varnish/epoxy?
