question about media manager onyx production house 7.3.2.14

I am having troubles opening up media manager. everytime I try to open it just gets stuck on loading. It wont stop, left it running last night for about 30 min. does anybody know why it wont open up..

What operating system? If it's Windows 7, that version of Onyx isn't completely compatible.

If you're not on Windows 7, check your processes for Windows Task Manager and ensure you don't have multiple "mediamanager.exe" processes running. Even if you don't, end any that are running and try opening again.

If neither of the above apply, your install is probably corrupted.
