Question for owners of Lassco CR-50B

I'm curious if any of you have used this model to cut 1/2" or larger radius corners in .063" or .080" aluminum.

I have one which we have had for many years. You can do .040 and can beat the hell out of .063 but .080....no way. Stick with light gauge to preserve the dies. We use 1/2" and 1". We use it all the time and WOULDN'T do metal signs without it.

i use an accucutter i have 1/2 and 1/4 for .040 and thicker. so far the thicker i used it with was a 0.060 and it work good... only thing bad think it cost me like $200
