racey font

Can anyone point me to a similar font. A lot of snowmachines seem to have it. I have similar fonts but nothing that has the horizontal look of the 6 (not rounded and stays horizontal).

I went through this today. Quicker to tweak a font you have. I hate font searching.

Ya i hate font searching too but comes a time when a style of font comes up enough that I will buy it.

Identification of a font is usually the hardest when all you have is a few numerals to go by. I would suggest on this one that you focus on the white portion and ignore the red. I think it (red) is a result of adding an inline to the font rather than a stroke weight or outline added to the red image to create the white portion.

Serpentine should work, just squash it. I believe it is Serpentine sans. The only spur serif is the 6 so just delete a node

I'm not looking for an exact match really. Just something with the same feel.

Day: Didn't know there was a serpentive 'sans'. I've actually used regular Serpentine but don't like the almost-serifs.
