rainbow banding jv33

i have a problem with jv33
it make banding like rainbow
someone know why?
printhead new
damper new
pf motor rotation ok and his encoder is clean
cr motor is ok and encoder clean.
what is?

Do a test print and post the pics please. Lets make sure all your nozzles are firing. What rip are you using, what pass and resolution are those prints? What material are you printing on, and what's your heat set at?

I Will send more pics monday.
Test is ok. Rip is photoprint pro 6 in 8pass bidi 720x720.
It make same think in 4pass and 16pass, change the measure of rainbow.
It make major in same color.

Try something other than a 720 resolution. 1080x540 for example is the native resolution of the DX5 printhead. 720 is native to the older DX4 head machines and is not going to give as good a result.

No heating is problem: same banding at 0* and at 50*.
Torrow i will print at native resolution.

i make a profile for 540x1080 resolution and it seems ok.
i don't know why but it work correctly with my profile and make rainbow banding if use 720resolution.
someone know why?
