Randomly rough edges when cutting. GX-24

Never seen this happen so random but some edges are all jagged when cutting. Files are good. Originally just seen it with black but today noticed it with white. Blade still seems to be cutting just fine. And in my 14 years of cutting I've never seen this happen when the blade starts to go. The machine is only a few month old so I wouldn't think they would wear out already. Just wondering what I should be looking for. Seems to be happening on longer runs compared to shorter ones but it did happen on a 25 inch decal too.

I've had that on my GX-24. Once it was the cutting strip needed replaced. The next time I still had the original blade holder in and it was stripped or something and I replaced it with an aluminum one and that fixed it.

You our might look at those things.

Try these suggestions also,

-Make sure blade is extended no more than the thickness of a credit card
-Make sure the "up speed" is consistent with the "cut speed"

All signs do point to blade holder though based on the pictures
