Need Help Rasterlink 5 white help

Hi
I am new to UV printing and i'm having a hard time printing in white with rasterlink 5.

We have just acquired a mimaki 6042 and I am trying to print an image in white but do not know where to start. The image has a lot of different colours but I just want the whole image to be printed in white.

Has anybody got any tutorials or could anybody guide me with this?
