Rasterlink Question???

So my computer crashed and I had to re install everything. I have always saved stuff from Illy to the hot folder and printed. But now for some reason the file shows in the hot folder and RL says its monitering the hot folder but the job is not showing up on the list. I can't get ahold of my tech at the moment. Any Ideas from anyone?? Thanks in advance

You reinstalled it, but did you reset up your hot folders?
