Rasterlink Working Folder Help

Hi Guys

Need a little help please.

The hot (or working) folder, or working folder for Rasterlink is at 85% and we are ripping some big files, so need to empty it though I dont know how. The list of printed jobs I have deleted. We save jobs to a particular folder on the harddrive, but I think that the rasterlink has its own area for this data, but how do I up it, or clear some?

Help really appreciated.

We are having the same issue and don't know how to clear the memory. We have 0 ripped jobs, but it shows we're at 42%, then we try to rip a job which would normally take up another 40%, but it maxes out and quits ripping at 85% complete.
