RE640 Y ink chip

Good day

Recently I changed ink lines on my re640.
I took of the cartridges. When I put them back the display shows me that first Yellow cartridge seems to expire (1st is blinking on the LCD panel). I have ecosol max4 as the submenu tells (ink is supplied from tanks). So. How to overcome it ? Do I have to put a new chip ?
