Wondering if anybody else has gotten a decent answer from Gerber on getting this error with increasing frequency. We've updated the firmware, tried new cables, had the service tech out multiple times, cleared out the que completely, re-installed the RIP software and it just keeps getting worse. We've sent files to the work station, then disconnected our network and printed directly to the ION and get the same results. One print will go through fine, the next mnight take four or five tries before getting all the way through.
The tech they send out doesn't seem to communicate with anybody from Gerber who knows what to try next. Its a great machine when it runs for a few months straight without any issues, but once something goes wacky, its frustrating as hell.
