Reflective colors match

Hi All,

I need to do a window perf for back window ambulance and I try to match the blue and white ORACAL reflective to RGB or CMYC colors.

How can I do it right?

This is my first time doing a window perf.

Thanks for your help. :thumb:

You need to invest in Pantone Color Charts if you do not have them already, your suppliers should sell them. The specific chart that would help you in this case is the Pantone Color Bridge; it has spot color swatches beside the CMYK swatches. Hold up the spot color swatches and pick the closest one to the reflective vinyl, and them print your job using the CMYK values shown.

Make sure your laminate you're using for the perf is OPTICALLY CLEAR if this is your first time doing perf!

Hard to match reflective because it looks different at every angle, but this advice is your best bet.

Print out swatches from your printer and pick the closest match.

Use the pantone guide as a reference, your printer likely won't print perfect pantones.
