New Member
5 Year old Falcon needs won't draw ink. Cleaned capping station. Where can I purchase technical support to work through cleaning / replacing ink lines, print heads and dampers. I have new dampers. I can reclaim DX2 heads or purchase new for about same price. New ink lines are cheap.

What to do? Any suggestions appreciated.:frustrated:
