Registration marks with Illustrator CS2

I'm setting up some files to cut and I need to print out registration marks. I've checked the box in Files>Print>Marks & Bleed and they still don't show up on the output.
What am I missing?

This is gonna sound silly but in the print dialog box after you click "Marks and Bleed" and have Registration Marks checked, scroll over the view finder with your image in it. A hand will pop up click and move it around and see if the registration marks are within your print area.

I hope that helped.

They sure are. They're up in corners way out of view. How do I get them inside the print area so I can use them for cutting?
Thanks for the help.

Click "File" then "Document Setup" Change the size of your atrboard. That should do it.

Hope that helped.
