REL Lines across the print

Hi Guys,

Another day another issue, after solving all my problems with the pf encoder CR2 error i finally have managed to get the machine up and running, now i have a problem where the machine is printing black lines across the prints as seen in the picture attached, anyone know why this is happening, and how to sort it out,
