Reliable QR Code Generator?

Adobe Express is the BEST for dynamic QR Codes, which means you can change the linked URL any time without having to change the actual code graphic/image.

The only catch is that it only generates URL codes and not vCards.

This is the problem I have. I have one business that I created several QR codes for but I didn't realize it wasn't free forever. One day the codes stopped working and now I'm paying yearly for these damn things. Is there any way to transfer them or anything? What a nightmare.
