Reoccuring lines in solid prints

Iv been having this issue with my vg540. This is example is towards the end of a print and always seems to happen on solid dark colours.

Does anybody have any ideas for a fix ? The reprints are killing me.

I know this post is quite old. But some one may see it in the future. The way I fixed this issue was using the "Generic Vinyl 2" profile (High Quality). Its prints slower yes but no lines on solid colors like on this print. I had that problem specially with orange, brown and blue colors...Still running my VG540 in 2025.
How did you fix yours TDP?
