Repeats/Merge for generating barcodes?

Hi Guys. Anyone know how to do this? I need to generate 1000 decals with individual barcodes from 0001 to 1000

If you are a whiz at it, let me know what it'll cost me to get the file or feel free to write up a how to. The decals will be .5" tall by 1" long.

i know how to make one at a time... i just don't want to have to do it 1000 times individually.
