Replace EPSON S80600 DAMPER ASSY

HY i was pretty happy working with my 80600 but i can't use it anymore right now, the magenta is bleeding continuously on head 2 like the niagara fall.
Has anyone here ever replace the DAMPER ASSY because i think that there must be an o ring falling appart in there?
I'm not confidence tearing apparts all of this with all theses tubes and ink connections...
Help and tips would be welcomed

Hi,
I’m actually dealing with the same issue — on my S80600 the orange channel on Head 2 is doing the same thing. Could you please share your nozzle test? I will share my nozzle test shortly as well.
I was thinking of replacing just one damper, but a tech told me that on this model you need to replace all five dampers together, because if one fails the others are usually close to failing too.
Any info or photos you can share would be appreciated.

The damper assemblies are sold as a monolithic unit for those, but if you feel daring, you might be able to find single dampers.

You change duct assembly. Need to have service program to access.

mine did the same thing. I put in a service call and they replaced that and both heads. It was like $5k total.
