I customer brought in a, really cool, table top banner stand for us to replace the graphic... We've done the normal retracting banners, but nothing like this horizontal version. Just wondering if anyone here has dealt with them, and want to know how to remove/replace the graphic? The attached pic is the banner stand in question

That's an awesome stand. Any clue where they got it?
From the picture, it looks like it would be the same as any other stand - except it might be retractable from both sides?
I'd imagine you do like any other stand. Extend the graphic all the way, lock it in place, remove & replace the banner.

They got it from affordabledisplays.com. We've already contacted the company, they wont give any info on replacing the graphic... They recommend sending it back so they can replace the graphic. It cant be that difficult tho!
Just wanted to know if anyone knew anything about it before we start taking this thing apart...
It actually only retracts in 1 direction, and there is no key hole or key to lock the retractor in place while installing the new graphic.
