Replacing the flexi straight apostrophes

I have a client that orders tons of cut vinyl ~ small text panels, always the same font. recently they have been requesting the apostrophies and quotes be fixed from the straight flexi lines that it puts in place of the apostrophies and quotes with the real thing. not a problem, i go to the insert symbols and replace the said problematics.

i'm looking for a free font editor to fix this one font(ps), just the quotes and the apostrophy.

Highlight the apostrophe only, then change the font to one which has the curved type. Adjust size/height/kerning as necessary to blend it in. I do this with the funny ampersands.
