Need Help Request for help: channel lume face opening

Hi All,

We do use channelume coil with 3/16" thick sign white acrylic.
We do use weld-on 3 & weld-on16 for gluing using a peg table.

Some of our logo box & tag line boxes have separated recently.

Can anyone please advise us a solution?

thats weird you posted this I just redid some channel letters for a client and noticed it didnt "grab" like it used to eith the acrylic has changed or the weld on! thats how we find out when stuff fails in our industry BUT you can rst assured neither company will admit to anything
