Restart a Mimaki CJV30-100

I could use some help please...
I have a CJV30 that hasn't been running for a year, and I can't get it to print.
I know that the print head is blocked, what more could be the issue? Where could I get an affordable print head?

What would you do to get it to work?

I'd spend $1800 on a new print head plus another few hundred on all new dampers, capping station top, and new tygon tubing for at minimum the pump. On the rest of the tubing, it will depend on if it is clogged solid with ink or was flushed out. Really same with the head, if the machine was put up still full of ink then the head is probably clogged beyond fixing, if it was actually flushed out you might have a chance at carefully soaking and flushing it out and recovering it fully. Not very likely though.
