Reverse Mounted Window Graphic Blue Tint

Need to wrap a storefront windows that have a blue tint, of course I will plan on printing on clear and laminating with white adhesive back white vinyl. Question is, is there an effect to make this pop more?
They are planning on installing wash lighting for 24 hour advertising of the windows for night time. Any recommendations?

Use window perf on the outside? Vinyl inside on tinted windows is pointless you will be very hard pressed to read/notice it.

I've done it before and it doesn't look bad at all, just wondering if anyone here has a trick I haven't learned yet

There is no way to increase visibility when tint is in between the viewer and the image.
