Rf-640 won't turn on

Hi,
Rf640 won't turn on. turn off the back switch and turned on the printer turn on
this fault became random
any idea..??

It could be pretty much anything. Bad socket, lead, switch, control panel, cables, mainboard, loose connection... You would really need to try and trace the power from the socket through each part of the printer and test them

Did you have an event that took place, head strike, power surge, lightning?
Yes, there are fuses on both power supplies to test. One is easily replaceable, other ones are soldered in.
Do you have the Ethernet lights on when the Main Power is switched on.
Do you have the green LED8d on either: Main Board, Servo Board, Print Carriage Board.
Need to check for the 24vdc and 5vdc off the power supply.
Could very much be the Panel Board depending on wha5 LED’s you have.
