RF640 - Supply Take up problems

Hi everyone,

I got 4 Roland RF640, and I got troubles with two of them. Supply take up doesn't work in automatic mode (with tilder).

I setup the printer in Roll or TU, I got the same problems.

Any ideas ?

Never go against the family
Don't know if it uses the same take-up as the Rolands I used to run, but I'd start by checking the cable that connects to the printer, I've had problems with those in the past. Since you have two working ones, swap a cable from one of the working ones, if it fixes it, order new cables.
