So yesterday I seen this rip error when trying to print a file I've printed 100 times. Today, different file but same error. I've restarted the software, the computer, updated Windows (10), cleared job log, copied the file into a new file but nothing seems to fix it. I can say both files have gradients (one is a masked gradient vector and the other was a flexi style gradient where I can pick the spots for each color) and that seems to be the issue but why is it starting now? I have printed both of these files countless times and never had a problem in the past.
