Rip/print issue

Hi! I add a file to versaworks, and it will rip just fine. Then when it pops up to the print section, it sits there at 0% for about 20 seconds then disappears.
I have restarted versaworks and my computer, but it has not helped! Any ideas?

sounds like you need to restart. Your computer has lost your printer on the network.

have you given your printer a static IP so it doesnt get bumped?
