Ritrama 7244 Insignia Blue equivalent

Sorry for this annoying kind of post - but I don't seem to have a Ritrama swatch book handy - my customer doesn't care what kind of vinyl I use, but all he knows is it has to match Ritrama 7244 Insignia Blue. I have the easiest time getting in Avery IC 600 - and was hoping if someone could confirm if the IC 600-622-0 Midnight Blue 655C would be a good equivalent?
