I just replaced the printhead on my VS540 and after entering the new head rank it took me into a cycle asking me " ink type" and then went into a "filling ink" mode. I can't get the machine out of this cycle and the machine keeps returning to this cylcle of pumping ink. Any and all help would be greatly appreciated. We've been a regular follower of this forum for years and this is the first time we are stuck!!! Thanks in advance. Mike Beamish

Roand VS540 Stuck in ink filling mode.

put it in service mode and go yo ink type and select your configuration.
This is the next entry after selecting "ink type" After choosing ink type it goes into an ink filling mode. I tried pulling the lines from the pump and got a little farther into the menu. It told me to close the valve which I did and then it would not let me proceed from there.
