Roland 540 - Not cutting as before

Hi everyone,

I am having an issue with the cutting results with my Roland SP-540W.
Using different blades 45 & 60 degree I need to put the pressure to over 200 to cut (ragged cut also) through the vinyl. Material - Just basic Matte finish Oracal.
The blade is exposed in the chuck, everything seems the same as when it was working great.

Anyone with this issue?

i went through 3 blades very quickly and bought some from ebay and to my suprise they are very good.
90 reg vinyl 145 laminated. and this one is 2 mts old i change them when the presure gets up to around 175.
