Roland 740 not print correct lengh HELP

Morning All I hope your all busy.

Got a problem with my Roland XJ 740 and it driving me mad

Every time we print anything the print length is to short! left and right is perfect. we are running Fexi sign Pro 8.6 but I don't think its the flexi as I have other computers on the network and all are the same.

So if I print a square 10cm x 10cm its prints 9cm x 10cm

any ideas out there.

Is your feed calibrated?

Is the profile correct for the material? A different thickness can result in the length being out.

Are you able to try it through VersaWorks?

hi its the same media we have used for months so its not that. we haven't got versa works only flexi sign! how do I do a feed calibration test?

I am not sure but Google should know.

VersaWorks is free,, but you may need to buy the disk for $30 from Roland if you don't have yours.
