Roland - Black Lines

Developed an issue today - black print head is only a few months old and has been printing flawlessly until now. I did a Powerful Clean and it seemed good the next run. Then the next time I printed lines returned. I did a manual clean - and still getting same lines in my prints (attached). Any help would be appreciated.

What's the nozzle test print look like? Did you use a flashlight when cleaning the heads? That's often caused by fibers stuck to the bottom of the printheads.
Good luck

Do a really thorough manual clean, and also clean the wipers and around the wiper station. As Joe says, that is normally down to a hair or fibre on the print head, and they can be very hard to see

..... and on top of what the guys above said, sometimes, that or those fibers are not next to the print head, but away from it, it happened to me when I did some cleanings and no way to get rid of them, until I cleaned around the print head, and on the rest of the print head case, I mean the right and left of the print head "bracket", it went away.
