Roland camm1 pro cm-400

I know this is an older machine, but where are the places to get Roland cutter parts at. I just swapped from a seiki to Roland. This machine cost me only 200 but the pinch rollers are dry rotten. Today while cutting, the rollers started falling apart and leaving black marks on my vinyl. The machine itself looks brand new. So where is the go-to-places for parts. Roland said they only carry the consumable pieces like blades. Vinyl strip. So I’m at a standstill.
