Roland CX-400 Blade Position & Offset

Ever since I upgraded to Flexi 10, my CX-400 has been acting somewhat weird, and it's still going on with Flexi Cloud.

After every job is sent through the PM (Production Manager), the blade just stays where the cut ends, and the plotter just keeps spitting out more materials depending on the length of the job, and the materials left. I have to press the arrow key for it to retract the extra material, and then carefully search for the end of the job with the help of light and hand feeling, in order to cut the sheet at the right place.

For example, if the job is less than 50" long, the plotter pushes the extra material out once, and stop. When any arrow key is pressed, the plotter immediately retracts the material 0.2" beyond the cutting slot. I have to manually feed 0.2" of the material to prevent cutting a small but critical part of the job off. The plotter spits the material out like hiccups, once every 50" of job completed, and the blade just stays wherever it finishes the last cut.

The other issue is that, when the plotter is plugged into a print server, the offset gets reset to 0 as soon as a job is sent from the PM. It's really annoying, since I can't adjust the offset before the current job is finished. Without the correct offset, the vinyl is constantly under cut. I have had the co-workers yelling at me about how hard it was to weed the vinyl, and clients complaining about the crappy edges of the letters.

These used to be fine with 7 and 8. Someone screwed up when coding the 10.
