Hey guys Im checking out this printer tomorrow. I guess it is an extremely outdated printer, guy selling it for 200 bucks said it was left over by the last tenant. He also said that someone came by and said the print head is either dry or needs a replacement. Now I don't have a printer, and I don't know anything about printers. I just have my Mimaki cutter and figured id take a dive and try to fix this thing up. Would you guys?

No, leave it.
You could use it as a cutter, but printheads and other parts are not available anymore.

the heads have not been available for about 7 years.
if they had just been discontinued, you might be able to find something.
when i replaced heads in one of mine in 2018 they were "end of lifing"
the entire product line that uses those heads
