Signs 101 has provided and stored so much useful info over the years that only now do I need to ask help for a problem with our Roland FJ52 workhorse.
The printheads have stopped refilling automatically once we begin printing. They will recharge when we first start up the printer and when we perform a head cleaning but they don't pause and refresh while printing. All of the colors drop out at about the same time (depending on what we are printing), which results in banding and ink starvation on any mid to large project.
Is there some menu setting to have the machine refill with ink?
Incidentally, we are using Flexi 7 on Windows XP computer. Thanks for any help.
