Hello everyone
Roland printer has stopped printing. It rips just fine. Sometimes the head will act like it going to start, then nothing. it stays in the "standard 720x720" mode, like it's pausing. I cannot shut it down from the front. When I shut it down from the back I have to wait several minutes, anywhere from 5-20 before I am able to turn it on.
Any thoughts?
It happens with direct connect and wireless.
